Returns and Size Exchanges for Orders Outside Spain

For orders placed from outside Spain, whether within or outside the European Union, the cost of returns and size exchanges must be covered by the customer, who is responsible for sending the parcel back to our warehouse at their own expense.

In the case of a size exchange, once the returned pair has been received and approved after quality control, Castellano® will cover the shipping cost of sending the new size.

Please note that returned items must be sent in perfect condition, with all original packaging and accessories included, and must show no signs of use, wear, dirt or damage.

Important Information for Customers Outside the European Union

If you arrange the return shipment yourself from a country outside the European Union, it is essential that the parcel is clearly declared as a return or size exchange. This is very important to prevent customs from treating the shipment as a new export.

Any customs duties, import charges or related fees generated during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer. If such charges arise, they may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If the parcel is sent to a post office or pick-up point, the customer must inform us in advance. Please note that we collect correspondence every 7 to 10 days.

All returned items must pass our quality control inspection before any refund or exchange can be processed. This review may take a few days after the parcel is received at our warehouse.
