DELIVERY TIMES

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. At Castellano, we work through a very specific artisanal process; each pair is made by expert hands that cut, stitch, assemble and finish the shoe following a craft that very few artisans still preserve in Spain today.

For this reason, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the availability of the model.
• When the product is in stock, preparation is quick.
• If we need to make it for you — which is common in the way we work — the process requires more time in order to guarantee the quality that defines us.

For deliveries to mainland Spain and Portugal, the estimated delivery time is 10–15 business days,  and for all other destinations, 15 to 20 business days.

Zapatos Castellano does everything possible to meet delivery times, although during sale periods or special promotions such as  Black Friday, there may be some delays due to the volume of orders received. 

For buyers in the European Union, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and countries outside the EU, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout according to the destination country and the number of pairs ordered.

Zapatos Castellano Año 1920 MADRID is not responsible for customs charges in the destination country, nor for customs fees on returned parcels; if applicable, these amounts will be deducted from the refund.
