DELIVERY TERM
The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time of purchase within approximately 4 business days, provided the product is in stock, or 10-15 business days, if we have to manufacture it, for shipments. to mainland Spain and Portugal and a period between 15 and 20 working days for the rest of destinations.
Zapatos Castellano does everything possible to respect delivery times, although in sales seasons or special promotions such as "Black Friday" there could be some delays due to the volume of orders received. The price includes the first change of size in case it is necessary. From the second, if there were more than one, it would be the client who should take care of them. The price of the following shipments will be €12.00 (includes the collection of the pair you want to return and the new shipment).
Home deliveries are free for any order with an amount greater than €50.00 and have a cost of €6.95 for lower amounts. You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.).
For buyers from the European Union, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and countries outside the EU, the shipping costs will be calculated, depending on each destination and number of pairs, on the payment screen when entering the country of destination.
